of the cycles we’ve worked on.

This 1974 Commando was brought to us for some engine work and a partial restoration.

This 1969 Norton 750 Commando S has been restored from the ground up, including primary belt-drive, Boyer ignition, and updates too numerous to list, for a more rider-friendly bike.

 1960 Norton Manx
This is one of the bikes we’re proudest of at MOTORDRIVE. It’s the bike on our workshop lift on the homepage. View it also on the Works in Progress page. This classic racing cycle arrived at our shop in a crate straight from England—the owner’s dream was for us to make it street-legal. We updated it with front and rear lights, a custom charging system, belt-drive, street carburetor, fairing, and horn. We couldn’t do anything about the testosterone leak. The blue plate on the side signifies the fastest class of rider in the race, which this bike deserves. It took First Place at the recently held Larz Anderson Classic in Brookline, MA (Oct. 2002).
